WHAT NEXT

After you make contact I will be in touch (in person, online or by phone) to arrange an initial meet-up session.

 

During our first meeting, I will answer any questions you may have and explain how the counselling process evolves.  I will also go through a counselling contract which sets out the framework for our work together.  I will also highlight issues such as confidentiality, boundaries and appointment dates.

I arrange weekly or fortnightly sessions, with a review after every six sessions.  This gives us opportunity to look at how our work is progressing and whether you are happy to continue. 


There is no set number of sessions - therapy will continue for as long as you need it.  Some clients feel they only need a few sessions, whilst others may come for much longer.  

​

I offer daytime and evening sessions and also Saturdays.  

 

Sessions last for one hour.
